50 Finger Tip Push Ups

(Split up sets however you want)


Textbook (ones you use at school) Farmers Carry 150yds Total


  • Hold the textbooks by the skinny end in your finger tips and just walk while holding the weight. If you are more advanced you can do more than 1 book. All of this is assuming that you don’t have weighted plates or dumbbells at the house. If you do, use those instead.
