1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets

SPLIT 2

Dumbbell Jump Squats 5x8

Superset with

Med Ball Slams 5x10

1 minute 30 seconds rest

SPLIT 3

10x25yd Weighted Vest or Sled Sprints

Walk back 25yds for rest
