In the first 4 weeks you will build your fast twitch muscle fibers, explosiveness, power and overall athleticism. All of these aspects are essential to the WR position. But also the exercises will help your on field performance when it comes to route running, making explosive cuts, catching, and balance. These are position specific exercises. The next 12 weeks of the program will build on those aspects but they will be more advanced exercises with more intense workout splits. They are designed to help your skills grow at a much faster/efficient rate. For 16 weeks you will have all the tools to develop your game as a WR in the gym!
