This is a digital download document where you will gain access to a full 28 DAY ON FIELD WR WORKOUT PLAN. We will take you through the specific drills a WR needs to do daily to improve their route running, press releases, catching ability, explosiveness and more! We give you specific sets, reps and rest days built into this program. Each day of the program is broken up into a section for press releases, route running and then we combine what we have worked on that day into a full route. Upon purchase you will be sent a written workout plan and there will be a link within the document that will take you to a private YouTube video. The video will explain each exercise and show you full speed examples of the movements. Each day of the plan will be discussed and we will give you a step by step process of each workout. This will give you the specific tools to take your route running to the next level. For equipment you will only need cones and a field to perform the exercises.
