3 Solo WR Catching Drills

1)- Tennis ball overhead toss

You want to stand with your back against a wall and you need a single tennis ball. Toss the tennis ball over your head off the wall and keep your eyes forward. When you hear the ball bounce, look up and try to find the ball and track it.

2)- Double Clap Ball Toss-

Toss a football in the air and clap your hands twice behind your back and then catch the ball. This helps you with the concept of “late hands” when catching an over the shoulder pass.
