QB- 5’11


WR/DB- 5’10


RB- 5’9


LB- 6’0


TE- 6’1


OL/DL- 6’2


Now if you are undersized there are a few things you can work on at each one of these positions to stand out. This is what you should emphasize the rest of this summer to improve your game for the fall season.


QB- quick release; throw on the run; pocket movement


WR/DB- Speed & Technique- for WRs catching


RB- Lateral change of direction and putting on size. As well as speed.


LB- tackling & lateral change of direction


TE- Putting on size, run blocking & catching.


OL- technique
