1)- Battle Defender Pads-

Good starter pads, not crazy expensive either. Very light.

2)-Vicis Arc Shoulder Pads-

Very similar to battle. Light pads & comfortable as well.

3)-X-Tech Pads-

Definitely the more expensive option. But worth it if you're 1st time playing is in high school and you won't grow out of them soon.
