If you don’t know what “6A” football is in high school, that is the highest level of high school football. In some states it’s “7A” or in other states they may call it “D1” like they do in California. It’s all the same, but generally these are bigger kids who attend these schools. So this is just to let you know what you’re up against from a recruiting standpoint of you don’t go to one of these schools and to know what you’re walking into if you plan on going to one of these schools. The lifts we will be discussing are squats & power cleans. Which I believe are the two most important max lifts for football players.
QB- Squat:315 Clean: 225
WR/DB- Squat:285 Clean: 205
RB- Squat:345 Clean: 250
LB- Squat:365 Clean: 265
TE- Squat:385 Clean: 265
OL/DL- Squat:395 Clean: 265
