Best Advice For Short QBs

What Short QBs need to work on is there ability to move in the pocket and create throwing windows for themselves. That’s the biggest misconception about short QBs. And it comes from guys who never actually played QB, and the misconception is that you are looking over linemen. That is such BS. You never look over lineman as a short guy. Maybe on quick game. But shorter QBs need to face the facts, you’re never gonna be able to see, but that’s okay, we play in the pocket differently. You need to move back there different. You need to create throwing windows in the pocket for yourself. So the best advice I can give shorter QBs is work on your footwork in the pocket, off platform throws and buying time. That’s how you gotta play the game and that’s how you will be successful.
