Below we will be discussing the best lifts for QBs to do in the gym! I hope this is able to help!

So for QBs the most important muscle groups to work are your legs, core & shoulders. One thing I want all QBs to avoid in the gym is bench press. It could be the worst thing possible for your shoulder & no good can come from it. Your chest has nothing to do with your throwing motion. If you cannot avoid the exercise, please do light weight & don’t lift with your ego. If you can substitute the lift- do push ups and other variations of push ups.

Shoulders-

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Resistance Band Pull Aparts

Legs-

Barbell Back Squats

Front Squats

Single Leg Split Squats

Core-

Russian Twists

Med Ball Slams

V-Ups

If you guys would like a 3 month gym workout schedule to follow for QBs that cover the exact exercises we mentioned plus 50 more- and we give you the exact sets/reps to do-checkout the link below! ⬇️⬇️
