1)-2 in 1 pads (twoinoneshoulderpads.com)

I think these are some of the best pads invented. You essentially put on a flack jacket and then a carbon fiber plate over the flack jacket. So it’s two pieces of equipment to make a shoulder pad. It is not attached. However, it feels like you aren’t even wearing pads. You have crazy mobility, can touch your hands over your head etc. I’ve had WRs that I train wear these and they catch passes over their head like it’s nothing. 

Only downside is they are a little pricy. Below we will give you some alternatives that are on the cheaper side.

2)- X-Tech Pads (xtechpads.com)

These are very good pads. Great mobility and they are comfortable. I believe they fit these to each player if you customize them on their site. It’s very individualized.

Again, these are on the pricy side of things but a lot of the WRs that I train wear these. And they all love them.
