In college at the D3 level the difference in size is not massive- but this is just to let you know where you stack up. This doesn’t mean you can’t play college football if you’re not at these average numbers- it just lets you know where you stack up from a recruiting lense because size can be important in terms of a first impression to a college coach. You just have to work that much harder at your position if you’re not at these numbers.
