Daily SPEED Stretch Routine

Below is a stretch routine that you can do daily for speed. This will help with hip mobility and flexibility. So many athletes neglect stretching as a part of their routine for speed. You need to flexible to increase your stride length. I hope this helps!

Each stretch is designed to be performed 3x30 seconds each side if needed.
