SPLIT 1
1/4th Jump Squats (4x8 reps)
(Can use dumbbells if you have them)
Superset with
Alternating Jumping Lunges (4x8 reps each side)
1 minute rest in between sets
SPLIT 2
Single Leg Box Jumps (don’t have a box use your porch or a bed/chair)
3x8 reps each leg
Superset with
Box Fall Broad Jump (fall off the box/chair etc. land in an explosive position-go right into a broad jump)
3x8 reps
1 minute rest in between sets
