FREE SPEED WORKOUT

Below we will be giving you a free gym speed workout that you can do! To improve your speed in the gym, athletes need to be activating their fast twitch muscle fibers with certain specific movements. That is what we will showcase here.

SPLIT 1

Single Leg Box Jumps (3x6 each side)


Superset with


Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (3x6 each side)



SPLIT 2

Med Ball Slams (3x8 reps)


No superset (do all 3 sets of med ball slams first)


Dumbbell Step Ups (3x8 each side- emphasize being explosive)



SPLIT 3

Barbell 25% Jump Squats (3x6 reps)
