Single Leg Box Jumps (3x8 each side)
Superset with
Dumbbell Split Squats (1 foot on bench) (3x8 each leg)
SPLIT 2
Barbell Hang Cleans (3x6)
Superset with
Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (3x8 each side)
SPLIT 3
Lunge Planks (hold a 90 degree lunge) (3x45 seconds each leg)
