Today we will be giving you a free WR gym workout split you can do. I hope this can help!

SPLIT 1

Dumbbell Split Squats (3x8 each side)

Superset with

Pistol Squats To A Bench (3x8 each side)




SPLIT 2

Barbell Hang Cleans

(3x6 reps)


(No superset)


Single Leg Box Jumps

(3x6 each side)
