FREE WR Hands Workout

Below we will be giving you a great grip strength workout to help with your catching ability. I hope this helps!

SPLIT 1Finger Tip Push Ups (5 sets of 12-15 reps)(Exactly how it sounds, doing push ups on your finger tips. If you cannot do this- do the push ups on your knees- and if you fail around 6-8 reps- finish out the set on your knees until you get to 12 reps)

Superset with 

Dumbbell (heavy) Farmers Carry

(5 sets of 30yds)(Farmers carry is great for grip strength which helps you with the catching process obviously- farmers carry is when you hold two heavy dumbbells or weighted plates and you simply walk while holding the weight- take it slow and do not rush) 

Superset with

Barbell Pull Up Bar Hangs (5 sets of 40 seconds or failure)

(Hang from a pull up bar & have your body extended- strengthens your fingers and grip)
