(Bounce tennis ball off wall- catch in same hand)
Back Turned Overhead Tennis Ball Toss (50 reps each hand)
(Bounce tennis ball over your head- watch it come down to mimic an over the shoulder catch- don’t look up for the ball until you hear it bounce)

(Throw a tennis ball off a wall- snap your fingers twice and catch the ball in the same hand)
Football Toss In The Air Double Clap Catch (50 reps total)
(Toss a football in the air- clap your hands twice behind your back then catch- this works on having late hands)
