GET BETTER HANDS- NO QB IS NEEDED!

Below we will be giving you a great workout you can do for better hands that does not require a QB. I hope this can help!

SPLIT 1


Finger Tip Push Ups (3x15 reps) - can be done kneeling also


Superset with


Farmers Carry (walking with two heavy dumbbells) (3x40yds)



Both of these exercises are great for grip strength which is essential to have good hands.



SPLIT 2


Tennis Ball Eyes Closed Wall Catches (face a wall with a tennis ball and have your eyes closed- throw the ball off the wall & when you hear it make contact- open your eyes and catch 1 handed) (50 reps on each hand)



Tennis Ball Overhead Throws (stand with your back up against a wall, toss a tennis ball over you head off a wall- look straight forward when you do this. When you hear the ball hit the wall, look up and catch it with 1 hand) (50 reps on each hand)



Both of these drills are great for hand eye coordination which is what catching is all about.
