Below we will be discussing GOOD HEIGHTS & WEIGHTS FOR 7th GRADERS. I hope this is able to help!

These numbers below are based off of averages that we have seen at our camps! This does not mean you can’t play these positions if you are not this tall- it’s just good to know what you will be competing against and to know if you’re at a good size for your age. If you’re undersized you just have to work that much harder.

WR/DB- 5’6
RB- 5’5
TE- 5’9
LB- 5’7
OL/DL- 5’10
