How a QB can stand out to coaches is by doing the things that they don’t expect you to do. Plain and simple. If you do more then the competition, work harder than the competition and have a higher football IQ than the competition, coaches will begin to notice you. Not everyone is this committed to the QB position. I think the most important aspect of QB is the mind and that’s what guys neglect the most. They ignore studying defenses and coverages and think that this position can be played with just arm strength and natural ability. Everything is surgical and calculated.
