How To Deal With Favoritism

Favoritism is something everyone can experience one time or another. And the harsh reality of it is that’s part of life. A lot of people run from it and don’t want to conquer adversity. That’s the thing about a lot of players today. The second they have any kind of adversity or push back they quit or transfer. SOFT. What I’m telling you today is the best way to deal with favoritism is to not quit. Make them notice you. Be the hardest worker in the room and I’m not saying just do the crap that’s required. Do extra. Extra weights, extra field work and extra time spent on your grades. Be so good they have to play you.
