How To Get An OFFER This Off Season

1)- You should already have your full season highlight tape made now the first step to getting an offer is asking your high school coach or someone that is a coaching mentor if you feel the tape is good or what could be improved on it. You always want to get a second opinion on your highlights before finalizing them.

2)- Make a Twitter account and start reaching out to coaches. The Twitter game is a tough game but can be highly beneficial for athletes who maybe aren’t in the biggest city or the biggest football market. It’s a place where you can upload all of your info to your Twitter bio (height, weight stats etc. whichever is most appealing) and have your highlights linked to your account so anybody can watch it. You can follow college coaches directly and communicate with them directly. Which is something you could never do before social media. So make sure you take advantage- social media is free so you need to learn how to correctly and properly make yourself know to coaches.

If you guys would like some more info on how you can use Twitter to get recruited, DM templates to send over to college coaches and some of the key things you should try to emphasize when setting up your profile checkout this link below!  ⬇️⬇️

3)- Network at college camps. When you go to a college camp, every single coach you meet you should follow on Twitter. Then send them a DM after you follow them. Thank them for their time and thank them for having you out to the camp. This builds a line of communication. In college football so many coaches move from job to job, school to school. So you never know who you might meet that ends up at a school who is looking at you. It’s either going to be a positive memory or negative memory when you come to his mind. Make sure it’s positive and network at camps. This can lead you to multiple offers.
