Below we will be giving you a great workout to test your conditioning for football this summer. I hope this is something you do to gauge how good of shape you are in.

Also, if you play WR and would like a 2 month daily workout schedule to follow, checkout the link below! We give you 8 weeks of field route running workouts (sets & reps/video examples included), 8 weeks of WR specific gym workouts (sets/reps/examples includes) and a 1 Month speed development workout plan to do. Check it out here ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Make sure you do some type of dynamic warm up before doing this workout. Please don’t just stretch- you never want to stretch a cold muscle. Get blood pumping to your legs first then you can stretch. But stretching is best AFTER a workout. Not before. A dynamic warm up like A skips, B skips, C Skips, Karaoka etc. is always best to do before.

12x100yd sprints (30 seconds rest in between each set)-Each sprint must be completed in under 17 seconds-

Variations: This workout above is for high school skill position players. If you are a middle school athlete or offensive lineman, add 5 seconds into this. So each sprint needs to be completed in 22 seconds.

Advanced Workout:4x200yd sprints (down & back on a football field) (walk 100yds back for rest)

Each sprint completed in under 27 seconds

Middle school athletes & lineman- add 7 seconds to this. So 34 seconds
