Improve Your Hands Indoors

When it is harder to get outdoors you’re going to have to be creative when it comes to your catching. There are two things that I can advise you to do that will help your hands when you can’t get with a QB. Improve your grip strength and work some tennis ball drills. Bouncing tennis balls off a wall and catching is one of the best things you can do right now for your hands. Make sure your tracking is getting right in this time period where we are forced to avoid people. Looking the ball in all the way and “taking a picture with your eyes” is the best way to get your hand eye skills up to par. Now grip strength is another story, that’s going to take more creativity and access to a few things.
