QB- Bench: N/A- should never max out. Nothing positive can come from it. I’ve seen way too many QBs injure their shoulders doing flat barbell bench.


Squat: 315-335lbs


WR/DB- Bench: 205-225lbs


Squat: 275-325lbs


LB/RB- Bench: 195-250lbs


Squat: 325-365lbs


OL/DL- Bench: 225-275lbs


Squat: 335-385lbs


TE- Bench: 205-250lbs
