Split 1


Barbell Front Squats (3x12)


Superset with


Dumbbell Split Squats (3x8 each leg)


1 minute rest in between sets 



Split 2


Dumbbell Walking Lunges (4x30yds)


Superset with 


Dumbbell Jump Squats (4x10)


1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets 




Split 3


Med Ball Slams 3x10 reps


Superset with


Burpees 3x10 reps
