QB FREE Shoulder Warm Up Routine

Located below will be a description of the different rotator cuff exercises to do before a throwing session or a game- this is designed to prevent throwing shoulder injuries and to help your arm stay healthy. Video examples of each drill are located at the bottom of this article!
