Below we will be giving you a weekly workout schedule you can follow to improve your 40yd dash time. I hope this can help!

This weekly split should be performed for 2 weeks and you will see a drop in your 40 time. I hope this is able to help!
Monday- Lower Body Gym Day (explosiveness based)-Olympic lifts, Plyometrics etc.
Tuesday- Resistance Training Day (sleds, stadiums, running hills)
Wednesday- Off Day
Thursday- Running Mechanics Day (drills focused on running form, 40yd dash start, top speed)
Friday- Lower Body Gym Day (same as Monday)
Saturday- Off Day
Sunday- Resistance Training Day (running with a sled, parachute, up a hill etc.)
