A Skip

B Skip

C Skip

High Knee Karaoka

Perform all of these 6x15yds



SPLIT 1

3x200yd sprints

4x100yd sprints

Walk 100yds as slow as you want for rest 




SPLIT 2

6x50yd sprints

8x25yd sprints

Walk 50yds as slow as you want for rest
