What You Should Work On This Off Season

The off season is super important for all athletes but a lot of it depends on the type of work that you put in and what you work on. I hate it when guys just accept that they are bad at something and they don’t put any time in towards it. And I hate when guys say “I’m pretty good all around”. If you were that good you’d be playing pro ball right now so you’re obviously not that good. Work on the things that you struggle with. And that takes some honesty and accountability. The best athletes in the world are the most honest with themselves. If you suck at blocking, work blocking. If you suck at catching, catch 100 footballs a day. It takes time and it takes reps. If you’re not willing to work on your weaknesses this off season, you will stay exactly where you are at and not get any better.
