SPLIT 1


2x400yd shuttles 

(Must complete under 1 minute and 15 seconds)

Walk 100yds for rest 


SPLIT 2

5x200yd shuttles

(Must complete under 30 seconds)

Walk 100yds for rest 



SPLIT 3

8x40yd sprints 

(Must complete each one under 6 seconds) 

Walk 40yds for rest
