Below attached is an ankle mobility routine that WRs can do before every field workout. Ankle mobility will help you make cuts at a high speed and prevent injury with your cuts. Each exercises is designed to be performed for 30 seconds each ankle and two sets of each exercise. Diagram is located below!

Each Exercise should be done with your left foot forward and then switch sides with the right foot forward. Try to keep your heels on the ground for each stretch
