WR Catching Drill Routine

WR Same Hand Drop Circles


(Hold The Ball Eye Level With Your Palm Facing Down- Drop The Ball- Make a quick circle around the ball with your hand and catch it before it hits the ground with your palm still facing the ground)


20 reps each hand- may need to use a smaller football or wear gloves


VIDEO EXAMPLE PROVIDED BELOW


WR Alternating Drops


(Hold ball eye level with your palm facing down, drop the ball, catch with the opposite hand with your palm still facing downward towards the floor)


20 reps each hand

Tiny Catches Around The Ball


(Work your hand around a football and do tiny catches all the way around the ball)


200 Small Catches Each Hand
