WR Daily Stretch Routine

This WR stretch routine located below, is designed to be done everyday after your workouts or when you wake up in the morning. This will help you with speed, hip flexibility/mobility and overall performance. Each exercises should be performed for 30 seconds and for 2 sets. Exercises that require both legs to be stretched separately it is 2 sets of 30 seconds on each side
