Over The Shoulder Clap Drill

(50 reps)

(Toss the ball straight up in the air to yourself, clap your hands twice behind your back then catch- this will help you work on being late with your hands)

Tennis Ball Snap Drill

(30 reps on each hand)

(Throw the tennis ball off of a wall, snap your fingers twice in the hand you are catching the ball with and then proceed to grab the tennis ball- this helps you work on focus and hand eye coordination)
