WR Post Practice Recovery Routine

This is a post practice recovery routine, all of these stretches are designed to keep your body fresh and to help you recover for the next days workout. I hope this helps, each stretch is designed to be held for 2 sets 30 seconds and if the exercise involves 2 different body parts (ex: right leg/left leg) you want to do 30 seconds each side. I hope you enjoy!
