Ankle Stretch Routine

Perform Each Exercise For 30 seconds and do 3 sets of each exercise on each leg.

To be an effective WR you need more than just ankle mobility but you also need ankle STABILITY. Which is essentially the balance you need at the top of a route or the top of a cut. How you can build that is by doing specific drills designed to help your body absorb force and make cuts running at top speed. We offer a 4 week on field workout schedule for WRs with all of the drills they need to do to improve their ankle stability, cutting, press releases and more! Check it out below! ⬇️
