At 7th grade it’s hard to gauge what a “good” height would be for football players. A lot of you haven’t hit puberty and haven’t developed a lot yet so DO NOT panic if you’re not at these averages. This is just to let you know where you stack up amongst others at your position. Especially the weight portion of this. Some of you may be lighter or heavier- not super concerned with that.
QB- 5’5 105lbs
WR/DB- 5’3 90lbs
RB- 5’3 115lbs
LB- 5’6 125lbs
TE- 5’8 145lbs
OL/DL- 5’9-5’10 165-170lbs
