The two max lifts we will be focusing on are barbell back squat & power clean. Which I feel are the two most important lifts you can do as a football player.
QB: Squat-245 Power Clean-155
WR/DB: Squat-225 Power Clean-145
RB: Squat-265 Power Clean-165
LB: Squat-270 Power Clean-170
TE: Squat-275 Power Clean-175
OL/DL: Squat-290 Power Clean-175
