QBs- Under 200lbs
WR/DBs- Under 190lbs
RB- Under 225lbs
LB- Under 235lbs
TE- Under 255lbs
OL/DL- Under 255lbs
Generally speaking, you want to be able to squat 75-100lbs over your body weight. If you can squat that you are pretty strong. If you can’t squat that you definitely need to get stronger. Weight plays a role in max lifts.
