During the season, a lot of athletes lose weight because you are conditioning a lot, practicing a lot and since you are at school, you are not eating as much as you should be. Below we are going to list 10 high calorie foods that you can eat during the season to help you maintain your weight and even gain some weight.



1)- Beef

2)- Sweet Potatoes 

3)- Almonds 

4)- Grains

5)- Dried Fruit 

6)- Avocado

7)- Peanut Butter

8)- Yogurt or Dairy Products 

9)- Breads (preferably wheat bread)
