Body Weight Workout

If you don’t have access to weights, here is a workout you can do to make sure you stay in shape during the season.

100 Push- Ups

200 Sit- Ups

300 Air Squats (jump squats)

1 minute rest in between sets 

Break sets up into 10 

1 set of 10 push ups

1 set of 20 sit ups

1 set of 30 jump squats

Repeat 10x
