Below we will be giving you a college football conditioning workout. I hope this is able to help you guys get in shape and be more prepared for fall practice.

SPLIT 1

800yd Jog

A Skips (4x20yds)

B Skips (4x20yds)

C Skips (4x20yds)


SPLIT 2

400yd Shuttle (down & back twice) (3 reps)

300yd Shuttle (4 reps)

200yd Shuttle (5 reps)

100yd Sprints (6 reps) (under 13 seconds)



SPLIT 3

8x50yd sprints (under 7 seconds)
