FREE 40 Time Workout

Running a good 40 time or just being fast in general is all about developing explosiveness and your fast twitch muscle fibers. Below this workout will give you some gym exercises to do exactly that. I hope you enjoy!

Split 1

Barbell Half Jump Squats

5x8 reps (go down halfway- then explode up)

Superset with

Treadmill Incline Sprints

5x15 seconds

1 minute 30 seconds rest
