Heel Elevated Dumbbell Goblet Squats (3x10 reps)


Superset with


Dumbbell Split Squats (3x8 each side)



SPLIT 2

Single Leg Box Jumps (3x8 each side)


Superset with


Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch (3x8 each side)



SPLIT 3

Med Ball Slams (3x8 reps)


Superset with
