Hang Cleans

5x5 reps

Superset with

1 Arm Dumbbell Snatch

5x8 reps each side

Superset with

Box Jumps


2 minutes rest in between sets


Pause Squats (2 second pause at the bottom)


Superset with

Dumbbell Split Squats (foot on a bench)

5x8 Each side

1 minute 30 seconds rest in between sets

  • Get Down in a lunge position and hold it for 1 minute straight on each leg.
