10-11yr Olds- Wouldn’t worry too much about throw distance. At this age it’s rare you throw the ball past 25yds at the absolute max. Focus on developing your mechanics and good habits over arm strength. It will pay dividends as you get older.
12yr Olds- 30yds
13yr Olds- 30yds (with a high school ball)
14-15yr Olds- 40yds
16+yr Olds- 45-50yds (won’t need to throw it any further than this)
