Improve Your Catching Over The Shoulder


Catching over the shoulder takes reps. That’s the only way to improve it. You need to have a QB toss you the ball over your shoulder almost everyday if you want to get better. Another great way to improve your catching over the shoulder is catching tennis balls. Tennis balls are a great tool to help your hand eye coordination and tracking ability. Over the shoulder is all tracking. You have to look the ball into your hands every time. Too many guys take a peak upfield too soon and will drop it. Take a picture of the ball with your eyes.
